1. Parties

Student/Organization and Safety Online Courses LLC, 1417 Brookside Dr, Munster, IN 46321.

2. Services

Cybersecurity training: online courses, phishing simulations, compliance training, hands-on labs. All delivered digitally.

3. Payment

Stripe USD. Individual: one-time. Team: per-seat or bundle. Indiana: digital education services exempt from sales tax (IC 6-2.5-5-25.5). Late payment: 1.5%/month.

4. Intellectual Property

Course content copyrighted. Students may use checklists and templates in their organization. May not redistribute, resell, or record course materials.

5. Simulation Disclaimer

Phishing simulations are conducted with organizational authorization only. Safety Online Courses requires written authorization from an authorized company representative before conducting any simulated attacks on employee email systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

Training reduces risk but cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents. Liability limited to fees paid. Not liable for breaches occurring despite training completion.
